A credit is our unit of usage. Creating a job costs a small base amount (5 credits) and each candidate added to that job costs 1 credit.

Between $0.50 and $0.25 per credit, depending on the total you buy. Discounts are progressive; see the calculator above.

Credits currently do not expire. If this ever changes, we will notify you well in advance.

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely with PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Yes. If you're not satisfied after purchase, you can request a refund.

Eligibility: only unused credits are refundable. Credits consumed to create jobs or evaluate candidates are non‑refundable.

Partial refunds: we refund the unused portion at the effective price you paid for the pack (after discounts).

Limits: to prevent abuse, repeated refund requests may be declined; we may limit courtesy refunds at our discretion.

How to request: email support@cornjobs.com from your account email with the order ID.

Processing time: refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take some time to appear on your statement.

Exceptions: suspected fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations are not eligible.
