Getting started (Account & Access)
Create your account using a valid email and a strong password. Youll receive a verification email. Without verifying your email, some features may be limited.
You can also sign up with Google. In all cases, we recommend enabling additional security checks when available.
Log in with your email and password. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot my password" option to reset it via email. For security, sessions may expire after inactivity just sign in again.
2FA (twofactor authentication) may be offered in the future. When available, we recommend enabling it to further protect your account.
Credits & Candidates
CornJob uses a credit system. Creating a job costs 5 base credits and each candidate you add/interview consumes 1 additional credit. Your total cost depends on how many candidates you evaluate.
The percandidate credit is charged when you add the candidate to the job and start the flow. This unlocks interview processing and access to results/reports.
If theres a technical issue, contact support so we can review a potential credit adjustment on a casebycase basis.
In the dashboard, go to Credits to view your current balance and usage history by job and candidate. Entries show the date, operation, and number of credits consumed.
Currently, credits do not expire. If this policy changes, well notify you in advance and clarify how existing balances can be used.
Pricing & Discounts
The more credits you purchase, the lower the price per credit. The table below shows the typical brackets (USD per credit):
If you buy 100 credits (~$0.35 per credit), you can create 1 job (5 credits) and evaluate ~95 candidates.
Prices are in USD. Currency conversion and local taxes may vary by card issuer and jurisdiction.
We dont guarantee hires or specific performance. The platform assists with assessment and screening, but results depend on your role context, candidate quality, and your teams criteria.
Payments & Billing
We accept credit cards via a trusted payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Other methods (e.g., PayPal) may be added in the future.
We currently use ondemand (prepaid) credits. Theres no automatic recurring billing unless you explicitly choose a future plan with renewal.
Yes. After purchase, you will receive a receipt and billing record. Invoices can depend on your jurisdiction and the company details you provide.
We assess requests case by case, prioritizing transparency and good faith. Unused credits may be eligible depending on the circumstances. See the Terms and contact support.
Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable laws. Final amounts can vary due to exchange rates and local taxes.
Privacy & Security
We process data for contract performance, legitimate interests (improvement and security), and legal compliance. You can exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability. See our Privacy Policy.

Product Usage (Common flows)
1) Configure the job and competencies; 2) add candidates; 3) the assistant conducts interviews (e.g., via Telegram) and generates reports; 4) track everything in the dashboard and share with your team.
Avoid abusive automated actions, share access only with authorized people, and keep your data up to date. We may apply usage limits to ensure service quality and stability.
